Can I choose the wines for my Wine Club shipment? Yes and no. With the monthly club you choose all red or a mix of red and white. With the quarterly option you have to trust us. And of course you can also always shop for specific wines anytime via the online store!
Can I see a list of “shop online anytime” wines available by the 6 or 12 bottle case? Yes, please purchase your wine club membership above and you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to the secure online portal listing all domestic and import wines. The list is in updated daily so this is the best way to see it.
What if I don’t like the wines I receive? You know it’s impossible to please all people all the time but we try. We think you’ll find the wine club offers good quality wines. The wines are chosen by our experts a few weeks prior to each shipment. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer.
Is the wine good quality? Yes. Our wines are personally selected by our professional tasters and we regularly confirm the caliber of the wines – it’s an awful job!
Can I buy these wines elsewhere? Our wines are generally only available direct from producers, at premium restaurants and bars and a small number of them are available at the LCBO.
Do you sell Import wines too? We have a broad selection of boutique wines from every corner of the world. These wines are carefully chosen by our team of experts. This is even a worse job as it requires travel to far off locations to drink wine!
I thought I had to get my wine from the LCBO? Selling wine direct from the winery as a Manufacturers Representative is what we do. We take orders for wine on behalf of the wineries we represent and then have the wine shipped directly from the winery to our Brokers or to the wine consumer
How much wine do I have to buy at a time and do I have to just buy all the same product in a case?
Ontario wines: Pick what you like! You can buy as little as 1 bottle of wine and you can mix wines together from within each winery too. The most efficient orders for shipping are in full case increments.
Import Wines: Full cases of each product must be ordered. Cases are either 6 or 12 bottles. This is indicated in the product description.
When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card is processed when you order your wine. If you are buying a Wine Club for yourself, we process the first payment at the time of ordering and then a week or two in advance of each shipment. If you’re buying a Wine Club as a gift – the total number of shipments will be invoiced at the time of purchase.
Is the wine cheaper this way ? It certainly can be, but it’s a bit of a long answer. Most of our wines aren’t available in the liquor stores so it’s a matter of “are our wines well priced”. We believe that value is generated from a great tasting wine at the price point. We judge all of our wines that way and are always looking for what we consider to be great value. You can also search our site for wines on sale – those are generally wines that the winery made a bit too much of and we get to pass along the savings associated with the forecasting error.

Can I get advice from someone? Absolutely – we all have quite extensive backgrounds in wine and know a lot about the wines in our portfolio. We’re happy to provide advice or suggest wines for a particular event or occasion. If we don’t know the answer – we’ll find out.
