L(earn)² Win with Wine™ is “teambuilding meets wine tasting”, with a focus on improving communication within teams. It’s an interactive, fun, and educational experience that will change the way your team communicates.
This program uses both wine tasting and colour as metaphors for remembering and understanding human communication styles and preferences. Applying these preferences allows individuals to determine how to present, listen and receive information in a manner that is natural to each individual.
Hosted by a L(earn)2 facilitator teamed up with a Groovy Grapes sommelier, participants learn about their own personality preferences and identify specific ways to communicate to support others preferences. The best part is, all of this learning takes place over a glass of wine. Often, terms like networking and communication skills can cause people to shut down. Learning to enhance communication skills during an entertaining wine tasting that also incorporates appropriate business applications takes learning to a whole new level. Is a hard working, detail oriented, team player best compared to a Chardonnay or a Shiraz? Can a take charge, big picture thinker really enjoy a glass of Merlot?
The applications, both personal and professional are endless! This program focuses on the participants’ ability to learn and apply the techniques to real situations rather than a lecture or presentation by the facilitators.
