The Algonquin Wine Appreciation program has opened a new section for its wildly-popular Wine Appreciation - Introduction course. This is an introductory course for both seasoned wine-lovers and enquiring novices. You will learn about major grape varieties, wine law systems, wine regions, wine making techniques and much, much more. You will taste 50 to 60 wines over the ten Thursday evenings that this course is held. The time is from 7 PM to 10 PM, beginning January 31st and continuing until April 3rd.
