A crisp style of Riesling with only a touch of sweetness, this wine has aromas and flavours of citrus fruit with floral and mineral notes. Great with foods with a bit of spice, and Indian and Asian influenced cuisine. We had this one with veggie spring rolls from Fat Tuesday’s and loved the pairing.
