Ripe and fruity wine with aromas and flavours of ripe peach, luscious melon, honeysuckle, and apricot. It has a ripe and juicy mouthfeel, giving the wine enough body to be a great partner for rich, creamy dishes, while also having refreshing tartness to cleanse the palate. We paired this one up with chicken in a tarragon cream sauce (created by the chef at Biagio’s Italian Kitchen on Richmond Road) for a match made in heaven.
