Back Story
The RBC Royal Bank Ottawa was tying the opening of its new Stranherd branch to sponsorship of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver. The branch manager was looking for a one-stop solution to provide the food and drink and create an environment that would allow her team to network with clients and prospects.
Design & Production
Groovy Grapes designed and produced an Olympic-themed wine and food pairing menu to draw people to the branch opening and create a social atmosphere that facilitated networking. Groovy Grapes provided a turnkey service to the branch, including designing the event format, providing staff to facilitate the tasting experience, and providing a single point of contact for all logistics and invoicing.
