What did they want?
A local health care organization wanted an event that would facilitate bonding between all people in the organization. Essentially, they were looking for a way to celebrate and reward their employees in a work focused yet relaxed environment. The challenge was to create a setting in which administrators, managers and executive staff could all engage together in a social setting. They boarded a bus to Perth and spent the day in a facilitated team building environment and then looked to Groovy Grapes to provide fun and engaging experience to end the day on a high note.
What the event included
Groovy Grapes designed and produced a tutored food and wine tasting experience, providing turnkey service to this client. This included designing the event format, providing staff to facilitate the tasting experience, and providing a single point of contact for all logistics and invoicing. The client was particularly satisfied with the knowledge of the staff and the humor in which the information was presented. After a long day of meetings, guests were able to unwind and enjoy the summer sun in a more casual atmosphere while enjoying the view from the terrace overlooking Perth’s beautiful waterway. Incorporating our interactive aroma game and a live sparkling wine sabering demonstration, this summer event included something for everyone.
