In bigger restaurants, Sommeliers are often in charge of putting together the wine list, managing the wine cellar, and serving wines to guests in the restaurant. Funny that my title should be Sommelier then, considering I donâ€™t actually work in a restaurant.
In my job, for example, I run wine tastings, teach classes, and write about wine.
